If I could give no stars I would! Found a long ginger hair in my pastry when I brought from here. It was actually disgusting. The lady who served me had ginger hair too! Lucky I had to get a train otherwise I would have gone back to get a refund!! Wouldn’t have got one though as it was hard to even be served without disrupting a very inappropriate conversation with the staff!! I couldn’t care if your in a relationship, but surely your not allowed to be like how the ginger lady was with the brown curly haired boy! What bad choices the company made letting these two people work for them. Very inappropriate. It’s my second time been to Warren Cafe — the lady working there is always really nice and professional during my first visit. Unfortunately, my experience on Monday morning with guy staff was very disappointing. I asked for a hot tea, but he keyed in a hot chocolate instead. When I politely questioned it, instead of correcting the mistake or refunding the difference, he insisted that hot chocolate and hot tea were the same price, even though the menu board clearly showed otherwise. I didn’t argue further because I honestly didn’t want unnecessary drama first thing at 620am before work, but the whole interaction felt dishonest and dismissive. Really disappointing customer service. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1
