We went to warrens harborside on Sunday for dinner for the first time. It exceeded our expectations. It was Mother’s Day and there was a dinner buffet but we were told we could order from the menu. The food was delicious. Drinks were great (both with and w/o alcohol only feedback from spouse would be to replace diet soda with zero) We sat on upper patio and the atmosphere/view was beautiful! The service was outstanding - we LOVED our waitress, Lauren. Price seemed reasonable for what we got. We’ll be back for sure! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Multiple options for various dietary restrictions, also highly allergy sensitive

Are you trying to figure out what to do for breakfast or lunch on a Sunday? Well think no further Warren‘s waterfront dining is the best. They have a breakfast brunch that is probably the most extensive one I’ve seen in a while. The price is $35 for adult adults and children under 12 it’s $12. That is way more reasonable than any breakfast brunch I’ve ever been to in this area. The choices are endless. They had seafood Newburgh with lobster and haddock. They had pulled pork. They had broccoli and chicken. They had all kinds of egg dishes. Even can have egg you like made to order from simple omelet to fried egg to scrambled eggs while you wait there. They had plenty of breakfast meats. They had prime rib, salads, fruits, breads, shrimp cocktail, and tons of different types of desserts, including gluten-free an entire table just for gluten-free. The best part I think was the fact that they had omelettes for my husband and waffles for me they don’t always have both of those stations. All the food was manned by people that served you and you don’t have to pick your own stuff. You just hold your plate and point so that’s even better so you don’t have to have a hands-free. It’s a beautiful setting right on the water. They have rooms that you can close off for special private parties and the inside looks like a wedding venue. It’s really pretty. Get there early because the lot does fill up quick. Staff was excellent we really enjoyed our meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is incredibly apparent to me that Warren's Harborview is managed by some of the most incompetent individuals on the face of the planet. I have tried to give the managerial staff some grace with this situation, but I don't see how they managed to mess up our evening so badly. I booked the private room over a month in advance for a birthday event. I received a confirmation text a few days before the event as well, so I was under the impression that everything was set. Upon arrival, there was a large party in the private room that had not yet finished their entrees. This was not the party's fault. It was very clear that the room was double-booked. When we tried to speak to the manager on duty about the issue, she walked away, essentially hiding from us. She even went so far as to leave the restaurant and walk down the street to god only knows where. Remarkably unprofessional. I was assured upon booking that I would be able to decorate the room as well, but, as you can imagine, the people I sent to do so could not when there was already a party in there. They arrived 20 minutes early just to put up some balloons and a banner, and barely managed to do so while we tried to stall the birthday girl. Our waiter really saved the night, though he was incredibly friendly and did everything he could to rectify the situation. Frankly, the managers at this location cause problems and expect the staff to clean them up. Their behavior is so unprofessional, I can't see them lasting very long at the pace they're going. The food was good, and the drinks were great. I want to be crystal clear: the servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff are wonderful at their jobs. They deserve better management. I would never book an event here solely because of the fear of another mistake like this occurring. Food: 5 Service: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90
