Seafood here is very fresh and at very affordable prices. We had the seafood platter for 1 pax and the grilled calamari. Loved the sambal they provided to pair with our food, not very spicy. However we forgot to specify how we wanted the calamari done so I guess they gave us the default? My only issue with this place is the flies, felt like we were constantly fighting off flies while eating. We came on a Sunday evening, the atmosphere was quite lively. We got to sit on the sand and had a very good view of the sea. It’s a little chaotic but the service staff could speak English. The clientele is a mix of locals and tourists. The location is a little hard to get to by car as they close off the road leading to it. Either way, we will definitely be coming back here. Warung Amphibia got a great location right on the beach. We ordered 3 fish on the grill and after waiting for over 25 minutes we got weird tasting, undercooked fish. We couldn’t eat it. Each fish coast is Rp 85 000 and cashier “forget” to bring us Rp 20 000 change. Flies were swirling around and trying to get to our food. Loud music made it just worse.
