Hi Sergey,We have already spoken. However we will continue to apologize for each instance and for the poor experience. We will always strive for quality and will take this as a lesson. I did want to clarify your return. We issued a refund not a credit, as a credit implies you need to come back for redemption. The salad comes complimentary to the dinner, but we issued a refund for the cost of a house salad and then some for a $6.80 refund. You also noted in a separate email that the rice was missing. You have our apologies there as well and we issued a $5 refund for the cost of the rice. Your CC should see a $11.80 return off your Sashimi dinner meal of $32 (~38% of your total meal). Since we want to make sure our patrons always have a positive experience, as noted in our email exchange we also offered you a 15% discount on your next visit so that we may make up for this clear mistake.We are always looking to improve and value constant feedback.
