I work at the hospital and ordered take out twice on my dinner break. The first time I ordered chicken and fries ( my chicken was hard and dry) fries so salty. I just ordered again no love in preparation of food presentation just opening up my take out container, cheesesteak so sloppy and my Cole slaw is not any good, it went bad. Called and I’ve been on hold for almost 15 minutes waiting on a manager to pick up. My dinner break is over . Not too mention when I walk to get your food customer service isn’t good at all. The Washington Street Ale House Is located in the business district of center city Wilmington, adjacent to Miki Moto’s and across from Christiana Care Hospital. They specialize in great food and handcrafted beers. They have an incredible selection of local microbrews and over 24 on tap.I go for the burgers.
