Watami SM Clark delivers an authentic and satisfying Japanese dining experience right in the heart of Clark/Angeles. The Chicken Teriyaki was juicy and the char taste of the grill was noticeable. Not too sweet. Chose the Kani Maki as side, it was fresh ans umami filled. The menu offers great variety—from fresh sushi and hearty ramen to flavorful teppanyaki and signature rice bowls. The dishes are consistently well-prepared, with fresh ingredients. The ambiance strikes a good balance between casual and elegant, making it ideal for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners. Service is attentive and friendly, with staff quick to assist and ensure your dining experience is smooth. Food arrives promptly, even during busy hours, which is always a plus. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size, making it great value for money given the location and overall experience. Had such a great dining experience at Watami in SM Clark! The food was delicious and the ambiance was really nice, but what made our visit extra special was Fely. Despite her age, her memory is impressively sharp—she remembered our orders so well and attended to us quickly and efficiently. Her warmth, dedication, and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s rare to see that level of service, and it made us feel very well taken care of. I just miss the Top Blade—it’s no longer on the menu, and I really hope they bring it back soon! We ordered the meal set and the food was okay. Their dessert is a must try, the matcha cake is not sweet and has rock salts to balance the whole tast.
