I visited this shop just after 12:30 pm today to return a package, following the instructions provided in my return email, which stated that the package needed to be scanned and a label printed. Both the owner and a staff member were dismissive and would not listen to what I was explaining. During the interaction, the owner turned to the staff member and said, “these foreigners don’t know how to read,” and the two of them laughed. This was said in my presence and was clearly directed at me. I left the shop very upset. I then went to the post office, where I was told that I was correct and had followed the return process properly. This was a humiliating and discriminatory experience. I would not recommend this shop based on how I was treated. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
