We visited Watermark for the first time and were fortunate to have made it before they closed. We had reservations and were promptly greeted and seated by a hospitable host. Our waiter, Hayden, was knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions. He checked on us just enough to make us feel well cared for without being intrusive. The food was fantastic; I particularly enjoyed the meatloaf Wellington and the chocolate torte. My partner ordered the Key Lime Napoleon, which was so delicious that I wish I had ordered it, too. Thank you, Watermark, for a wonderful experience. The Watermark restaurant and bar has amazing food, great service and lovely atmosphere. We have been there twice in the last month for the meatloaf Wellington, brussel sprouts and carrots. The meatloaf is to die for and the veggies were the best we have ever had.
