Not even busy and waited 5 mins to be seated and no one came so we left. Guy didn’t even say he’d be with us shortly just looked and ignored. Lost out on a group of 6. Bad service.

We went to dinner for my mom’s birthday celebration. Our server priti was amazing. The food was grea and the entertainment with card tricks was great. Had an amazing time. Cudos to the staff for making it a special dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to the restaurant for breakfast and was waiting for a friend to join me. The server took my order before my friend arrived. My friend arrived approximately 10 minutes later to join me. Then another table was seated next to us and their order was taken. Then a 3rd friend arrived and joined our table and her order was taken. The table beside us received their food but mine had still not come. Then my my friends order arrived and again my food still had not come. It was obvious the server had forgotten to put my order in period I finally asked him where my food was and he apologized and went to check. My food arrived approximately 5 minutes later. Given I was the last person to receive my food Out of 3 other people who arrived after me it's after me I expected to receive a discounted meal. I had to ask to speak to the manager as my bill was not adjusted in any way.He came to our table and I explained what occurred and he stared at me as if he was angry and then finally said 'What do you want me to do about?' No apology, No acknowledgement that was wrong or an error was made...nothing. So, I said I would like meal discounted, thinking 50%. He said, 'Fine. I'll take 10% off' and then walked away. This man was incredibly rude and obviously incapable of accepting an error was made resulting in bad service. A normal response would be to immediately apologize and either comp the meal or 50% off. Instead he was angry that I was complaining about waiting for a meal for a unreasonable amounreasonable amount of time while other people were receiving their meals who arrived after me. I am at the hotel with a group of 8 ladies and we were going to have supper at this restaurant but considering the manager's response we are now going into Watrous for are meal.
