06/06/2026 we held a Birthday party for my mom in the Sunset bar , me and my sisters wasn't in the country at that time , But I was able to pull through a Amazing party with vibe for my cousin and family , All credit should go to hard working , friendly team working there, Specially thank goes to Lieutenant Commander (S) Chinthaka Wickramawardhana , who was kond enough to take help us organise the party in such a manner,Food was top notched as well

I attended a wedding event at View and Lake Hotel on 01/06/2026 and was very disappointed with the service provided. The overall service quality was extremely poor. Basic guest needs were not properly addressed, and even drinking water was not supplied adequately during the event. This created significant inconvenience for guests and reflected a lack of attention to customer care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its service standards for future events.

Although the appearance and environment of this hall is very beautiful, their service and management are very poor. There was a huge delay in serving food and drinks to the guests during the event. There was no proper support from a responsible manager. The service that is received after paying such a large amount of money should be at a more professional level.
