It’s been 4 years since this has been my favorite restaurant of all Riga . They serve Wok better than any Chinese restaurant and pizza better than anything you’ll find in Riga . The waiters are VERY nice . The cafe is right near the beach. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There is a Wok vegetarian and pizzas without meat Kid-friendliness: There is a playground built right beside of the restaurant

This is my Second time to Latvia. First time was great, this time was made even more special by visiting Waves Café. A real hidden gem, very welcoming and a great selection of food. Prepared and arranged in a very presentable way that shows thought was put in to how to properly prepare, cook and present food. Amazing individual flavours that taste really good. Pricing reflects the food which for me, is well worth the money as the food is freshly prepared and the flavours are outstanding. Julia was lovely in her friendly attentive manner. She explained the menu and went above and beyond in making sure we were well looked after. I highly recommend visiting Waves Café if you're after a unique experience in a tranquil setting with the best choice of the best food and drinks. 5 stars to Julia and the chef for making our first impression last. We'll be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €15–20
