The food was so good that I had to leave a review. I’m new(ish) to the area, but Wavey Kitchen will definitely be my go-to spot for Caribbean food. I had the curry mutton and my friend had the jerk chicken. We tried each other’s dishes and both were absolutely delicious. The meat was so tender it fell straight off the bone. Here you actually get meat, whereas at some restaurants you get more bones than meat. The portions were generous too. The coleslaw fresh. My friend enjoyed my curry mutton so much he even ordered a curry mutton to take away after finishing his jerk chicken. I’d also like to mention that I can be quite particular about hygiene and where I eat. After checking out the restaurant, I felt completely comfortable ordering food there. I saw a previous review mentioning the oxtail, so I’ll definitely be going back to try that next time too. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The lady that takes your order, needs to fix her stiff face. Why can't you smile or have some sort of enthusiasm, we're your customers that pay your bills. The young girl is just the same crack a smile or something. Definitely mother & daughter. The food was ok, nothing special. ( dumplings & festivals where so oily and definitely NOT fresh Infact there the worst ive had ) Could of been cleaner aswell. First and last time I will be going there.. RUDEEEEEE PEOPLE!!!! Went there Friday evening after a ice skating disco session with my son. Had a chicken curry . Delicious! The lady said that the jerk chicken sells too fast.
