I didn’t like the pump,it turned off I had to walk back for the lady to turn it back on she apparently forgot and had me waiting and waiting I had to walk back a second time so it was very inconvenient. The atmosphere was very delinquent Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

visited the Wawa at 11200 SW 248th St, Princeton, FL 33032 on April 2, 2026 around 11:45 PM, and I honestly left the store in shock with what I experienced. When I was leaving, I noticed that the main exit doors were tied shut with what looked like a plastic bag. At first, I thought I was mistaken, but it was clearly preventing the doors from opening properly. That immediately raised a serious safety concern. On top of that, the bathrooms were also locked at the time, which made the experience even more frustrating as a customer. What concerned me even more is that a police officer walked through the area and did not take any action or address the situation, which made it feel like this was being overlooked. I understand this is a business open to the public and that certain areas like restrooms may be restricted at times. However, blocking an exit is completely different and not acceptable under any circumstances. In a place like Wawa that appears to operate 24 hours and receives constant customer traffic, this creates a real safety risk. If there was a fire or any emergency, this could turn into a disaster because people wouldn’t be able to exit quickly or safely. I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but this didn’t feel right at all. I actually like Wawa and visit often, which is why this surprised me even more. I really hope management takes this seriously and fixes it immediately before someone gets hurt. Meal type: Dinner

Let me just start off with the staff. Specifically Helen. She welcomed us with a proper smile and excitement with our food. Along with a nice compliment and of course everything we ordered was perfectly place in the bag. Thank you Helen! Keep it up girlie :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
