This is the only place open so the prices are high. Music was laud could not talk unless you shout like anyone else. Smoking is allowed, so everything is smelly including your clothes. The Vaiter was kind and professional, the quality of the drinks and the croissant was okay. I would not recommended this place. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
