Dear Marilyn, We're sorry to hear your visit wasn't what you expected. We do want to clear up one thing, though—our burgers are made with a special blend of 100% top-grade Angus beef. We don't use imitation meat, fillers, or anything "fake," so we're not sure where that impression came from. As for the chocolate malt, taste is certainly subjective, but if it truly didn't taste like chocolate or malt, we're curious why you didn't mention it while you were here. Around here, we'd much rather remake your meal than have you leave disappointed. It's always a little puzzling when we're first hearing about these issues on Google instead of in person. Our managers are here every day, and we genuinely want the chance to make things right before a guest heads home. We stand behind the quality of our food and would have happily replaced your burger or malt if you'd given us the opportunity. That's a much easier fix than trying to solve it after the fact.
