We're sorry to hear about your recent experience at our restaurant. We appreciate your feedback and will address these concerns with our team to ensure a better experience for all our customers. All of our Webb's Restaurants are table service & generally works very well, unfortunately with it being a bank holiday it was a lot busier than usual meaning service was a bit slower so we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
