As a sous chef who's worked in multiple kitchens i have to be honest I got a chicken finger sub from here now I dont blame the staff but the gentlemen that did my hot chicken finger sub tossed the chicken tenders in to be heated up tossed them back on the sub realized he forgot to melt the cheese tossed the whole sandwich with cold vegetables and all into the oven. He should have been trained to melt the cheese on the meat of a hot sub. But no one is managing him. I feel bad writing the review because its not his fault but no one likes warm vegetables. Also I'm of an era where they had such a grand selection of Chinese and other types of food hot and ready to go I really miss it. Post covid wegmans has gone down hill. Pricing quality and more. They dont carry the brand name stuff they are convenient sure but their packaged me sub par to USDA selections. Some of the packaged chicken weve gotten in the past vacuum sealed bad before the use by date. Also chicken thats not cleaned nor butchered properly. I am a wegmans fan but I miss the cinnamon twist donuts, the Chinese food the over all wegmans experience needs work.

Waited in a line for a while. The short lady was not trained properly and or not trained at all. I asked for a large and while she was making my sub it looked like a small. I asked her what size my sub is and she’s like medium. I let it slide even though I asked for a large. It literally looked like a small sub. I will just go to DiBella’s next time. Everyone always says Wegmans is the best but not this time smh.

Such a beautiful person she was so reluctantly willing to help me search for a chicken burrito. You got to give kudos to Wegmans for hiring her.
