I swear, this is some of the best gimbap I’ve had in Seoul! Welbin is a true hidden gem. The food is fresh, delicious, and made with care. What makes the place even more special is the owner — she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. The service was also very quick, and everything I tried was excellent. If you’re in Seoul and looking for authentic, delicious gimbap from a lovely local restaurant, definitely give Welbin a try. It deserves to be discovered!
