Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing. It was busier than expected at that moment, which caused delays in service, especially on the outdoor terrace. That said, we understand your frustration, especially for a children’s ice cream, and this should have been handled better. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
