Had a delicious breakfast scone and iced coffee here while waiting for another contractor to finish work. Nice atmosphere clean facilities and friendly staff. The patrons are something else. Wellesley Bakery is owned by a lovely Cambodian refugee family and is considered by many as the town's hidden gem. The place itself is unassuming and casual but the food is impeccable and scrumptious. All the baked goods (bread, muffins, pastries), as well as soups, sandwiches, salads, quiches, are freshly prepared and delicious. In a town with people who can afford to eat anywhere, this place has been in business for nearly 30 years because the quality of the food is top notch, the prices are fair, and the people running it are kind and friendly. They are truly a part of the community and have a stream of customers that are both decades long regulars and people making pilgrimages for their pies (special ordered 3 times per year). One of my favorite places in the world for a quick bite. The Super Special Chicken Sandwich, pecan rolls, chocolate chip cookies, Lemon Chicken Soup, and fresh spring rolls are our household favorites. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
