I went through the drive-thru with my 6 year old grandson. There was absolutely no one in line at all, that should of been my first red flag. I placed our order. My grandson ordered 2 piece chicken kids meal. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. At the window I specifically asked the cashier if b-b-q sauce came with his meal , she said yes. Then she had us pull up to the door and wait which I didn't understand because, again, there is still no one else in line. When we got home my sandwich cold, disgusting, I couldn't eat it. But what really bothered me is my grandson didn't get the sauce for his chicken and he didn't get a toy with his kids meal. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES AT THE RESTAURANT!!! HOW DO YOU MESS UP AN ORDER!! I will never, ever eat there again!!!! Wendy's should permanently close this location! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This is without a doubt the worst Wendys I have ever been to and probably the worst one in the state of Ohio. They constantly redrop the fries back into the oil instead of making fresh ones, the buns are always stale and crunchy, the food is always cold, the drink i got had ice filled to the very top so the liquid was gone in 2 sips, the staff are slow and rude on top of other problems too. This location needs new leadership or just honestly shut down, ive never in my life had fries that were re-dropped so many times back into the fryer that that fries were all rock hard, its probably a health hazard honestly.

I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy's. The drive-thru line was extremely long, and I waited about 10 minutes before reaching the speaker. After waiting all that time, I was told that the speaker wasn't working and that I needed to pull up to the window to place my order. When I got to the window, I was then told that the system was down and they couldn't take my order at all. This information should have been communicated to customers much earlier instead of making us wait in a long line unnecessarily. In addition, the staff were rude and unprofessional when explaining the situation. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and the overall customer service was poor. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I expect better communication and professionalism from a restaurant serving customers.
