Wendy's is pretty near Anderson County Museum. At this fast food, visitors may try nicely cooked burgers. Disappointing service is something that guests would like to improve here. But come and check if Wendy's deserves the Facebook 5 stars.

Zero organization, completely “lost” our order, almost 30 mins before we got our food then had to get some of the order fixed because it was made wrong. I have no plans of returning to this location.

The new restaurant is really nice but unfortunately there was not a single table that was clean and the floors were extremely dirty. After waiting over 20 minutes for our food with only 3 other people in the restaurant I am disappointed with the over all service. I also watched management walk past through the restaurant and did not make an effort to clean or ask someone to clean.

Went this evening to the WENDY'S next to the old hospital. There was only two tables seated, no one in line and the carpet in the dining room was filthy. There was a good many people behind the counter, seemed someone could've been cleaning. But the clincher was while we were ordering, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall behind the cashier near a stack of cups. I'm thinking if you can see roach bugs in the light while the place is open, what's it like in there at night while it's closed? Place really needs a deep cleaning.
