Wrong order at the drive thru, ordered baconator no cheese, got it with cheese. No big deal, right? Went inside to ask for the correct sandwich, baconator no cheese, please. They all looked at me like I had 6 heads...I got my sandwich and left, got home, still had cheese on the sandwich. Wendy's in Boothwyn is terrible. The staff seems nice, but my order is rarely correct. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dirty inside ,employees rude ,night manager not very responsible employees running around playing in dinning area,drive thru 20. To 25 minute wait I don’t recommend going there at night time bad services all the way around Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worse customer service ever. The burgers have so much ketchup etc that the roll falls apart. I went today and they had no cup holders. When you go thru the drive thru and have 3 or more drinks & frosty’s were do you put them. Most cars only have 2 cup holders. I asked for a bag to put my frosty’s in and the guy looked at me like I had 2 heads. Someone from the corporate office needs to go and see what is going on at the Boothwyn, Pa Wendy’s and you will see why this place only gets a 3.4 rating.
