Ordered two items, got to the window asked if I could add on a jr. frosty at the window prior to payment. The cashier said they couldn’t do add on’s and said they were too busy. They had one car behind me. I understand not taking food add ons, however the ice cream machine is next to the drink machine which is a lever pull. She could have easily charged my card twice in the time that I sat there and waited for my food. This is exactly why fast food services are going under. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1

Wanted a frosty and they said they ran out and they didn’t want to put a new bag in the machine because they close at 1. It’s 10:30 it’s not like it’s 10 minutes before closing. Multiple occasions too Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worse experience ever at a Wendy's. Ordered ahead, then when arrived took an additional 20 minutes, and I was only one in line. Then order was wrong twice! Then food was bland with no taste at all.
