Why do they say they will open at 6:00 am if they don't, they tell me “come back in 20 minutes” like? If I have to go to work I always end up going to McDonald's because they are incompetent with the schedule Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We arrived at 8:30 p.m. we ordered our food. 2 or the 3 orders were incorrect. After correcting the first incorrect order, the manager tried to argue with us about the second incorrect order and gave three different excuses. Including stating that the baconator combo was different on their sheet in the kitchen. On top of that, despite having to order twice we didn't get either receipt. With the way the way the individual taking the orders acted, was unresponsive, could not remember anything, and his general behavior he appeared to be under the influence. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is good depending what you get. The day staff is WAYYYY better than the night staff. Day staff are 18+ people that know how to do their jobs. Always smiles and says hi. Super nice. Night staff is a bunch of kids that are still in school. No smiles, no greetings. Just teenagers that make you feel like a burden. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me. I ordered a medium root beer and got a cup of ice with some soda. The ice filled the ENTIRE cup. Top to bottom. so I got a mini soda for the price of a medium. Also the tomato and lettuce are 90% of the time super nasty and old. Days old. The fries and chicken nuggets are good. Only go to this Wendy's during the day shift when people with experience are working. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
