I just went through the drive-thru a few minutes ago, and the customer service was very disappointing. There were no other cars in line, but the employee at the window did not greet me, say hello, or thank me. She simply handed me the bag, pushed it toward me, and closed the window immediately. A basic greeting and courteous interaction are expected when serving customers. You guys should teach her customer service and basic etiquette. Food: 4 Service: 1

Went in to try their new Halal chicken burgers, the lady that helped us was extremely kind and provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. We asked that our sandwiches, fries and nuggets be prepared fresh and so when we got them they were exactly as we requested. Props to the woman, we couldn’t get her name as she was in the back when we were leaving.

Multiple visits to wwstwinds Wendy's over the last 3 weeks first I order 2 spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me 1 spicy and 1 Dave called them they apologized and thats it then 2 days ago I come by order 2 spicy chickens and 1 10piece nuggets they give me 2 Dave's and 7 pieces of nuggets I drove back they corrected the order and now today I went for 2 spicy chicken and 1 spicy chicken deluxe they put regular patties in em I went back pulled them out and even told them to taste it if they want that they're all regular non spicy sandwiches and instead of accepting it the female manager decided to argue and try to convince me they were spicy when I eat spicy chicken sandwiches every other day for years and by now know the taste worst location ever. And when I called in to speak to someone higher up the same female manager answered and refused to accept her fault and take my complaint and instead hung up on me mid convo. Never go to this location would rather drive 10 mins further than waste my time and money here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
