This used to be the best Wendy's then management changed. Now they cant even get menu items right. Got two value meals today. One chicken which was undercooked and one was a baconator which they now serve slathered in so much mayo you cant taste anything but mayo. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was cold and not very good. I walked up and asked for warm fries and chicken strips. She said she would get me fresh. I stood there waiting and watching them serve 6 other customers before my family gave up and left without getting the replacement food we were waiting for. $40 down the drain, out of 4 of us no one enjoyed the food, only 2 were willing to eat the cold food. Horrible they forgot a whole meal there was no line not busy just pure laziness this has not been the first time it happens over and over again they need to do a sit down with there employees or they need to have somebody higher fire the manager and get a new one bc your staff reflects on you your doing a bad job !! Whatever you do don’t go there or if u do make sure u check your bags this is unacceptable it’s a simple job with simple tasks to complete the fact they can’t do that is crazy !!!
