Unfortunately my family and I all got horribly sick after eating different variations of chicken from this location. We had chicken nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich. All of us have been slammed with a raging stomach ache and diarrhea. Not only that, they completely missed nearly half the items on our order (now I see it’s a blessing in disguise). Skip this location. Matter of fact just skip Wendy’s all together. I hadn’t had Wendy’s in years and we were looking forward to this fast food occasion. Now I know we will never eat Wendy’s again. I hope this review catches people in time before they decide to eat here. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible Customer Service! we stopped in there this evening after spending the day at Caesars Creek and placed a large order for a family of six in their lobby. Understandably it took quite some time for them to get it ready. I didn’t double check before we left due to being tired from spending the day at the lake. Once We were missing a good chunk of the order two chicken sandwiches four fries and when I called, they refused to replace it unless I could find the receipt which unfortunately got wet and thrown away with the stuff from the cooler that we were cleaning out once we got home!

This is by far the worst Wendy's in all of the Dayton Metro area. Not only will you see in all the other reviews that the wait time is long but the whole place smells like dirty grease and nasty meat. I assume because they don't have enough staff that they are not cleaning anything the way it should be and the general aroma will tell you as much. Avoid this place like the plague. It is just heinously bad. Truly truly terrible
