We placed an order online 3pm on a Thursday and waited at the drive-through speaker for 5 minutes to pick up our order. The line was nonexistent of course because its 3pm on a Thursday. We were then told to come inside with no explanation. So we parked and tried the front door, which was locked. When we tried talking to an employee who came out the back door, he said the door is unlocked and gave so much attitude. It wasn't unlocked. So we cancelled the order because we couldnt go inside and couldn't pick up at the drive-through. Might take the cake for worst customer experience I've had. Congrats. What is the purpose of requesting and paying extra for blue cheese crumbles, applewood bacon, and shredded cheese on the app? Only to get home and realize my taco salad did have what I paid extra for. And how can Wendy's (drive-thru) serve a salad without a fork? What happened to customer service?

It seems like this location is under construction as half the dining room was walled off with plywood, and the small section that was open was in need of either new carpeting or at least a carpet cleaning. The food was fine, but until they are done with the interior work I'd only rely on this location as a drive-thru option. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
