Expressed a concern about the French fries being old and received a defensive response on them being “hot” the complaint was not weather they were hot or not , but how the fries were tough as if they were dipped in the frier 3 times . I was offended when I was not reassured that my order would be fixed being that my money was spent and my issue wasn’t a concern and handled poorly . Would not visit again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely the worst. The worker were so rude. We asked them to turn down the blasting music so we could converse amongst us but that didn't happen. The drink tasted like soap and smelled like cleaning supplies. Absolutely the worst experience at Wendy's. Shame on you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've given negative reviews before, and we were never eating here again, but have been back two Sundays after church for taco salads. Both times, the salads were fresh and service was great. Today was very busy- line to door, but cashier (great guy) handle swiftly and patiently. Mike was very nice again and asked us twice if all was ok. BIG difference last two times compared to loud yelling of young staff to older black lady who was good.
Only thing today was girl at fryer yelling rudely at window staff and slinging garbage cans/banging doors when she came to take out garbage.
