I have been to many locations , all of which are good most of the time. However today when i did my online order I was missing items. Obviously, I’m not 100% shocked that the service was minimal due to their already 3.2 star rating, but I had expected a little bit more urgency when I waited for roughly 10 minutes to then go back around to get my items that were missing. obviously, this could’ve just been in a bad night for them, but it always sucks as a customer feel like you’re bothering them when you are placing an order especially when they don’t close for hours. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They almost always make the coffee wrong and too bitter, this morning they didn't even have coffee at 9:00 AM, and they're some of the most disrespectful people I've seen. The other day they even had me "pull around and wait" for a singular burger. Seriously? Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive-thru went fast, the attendant was super nice, food was hot, BUT both my sandwiches were wrong. This store was in Beechmont, I live in Evanston. About time I got home I had to just eat what I was given because at these gas prices I was not driving back out there. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
