I've been to Wendy's locations all over Cincinnati, and this one location has consistently served me the best food for over 20 years. It's not the fastest drive-thru; I fully expect to wait a little bit longer when I go there, which is fine, because it's worth it, because their burgers are fresh, hot, juicy, and totally delicious, every time I have been there. Unfortunately one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I was in the drive through for around 20 minutes for a burger and fries. It was extremely slow moving and the food was not very fresh. I will drive a further distance away to go to a better Wendy’s instead of coming back to this location. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly it’s really unfortunate. I’ve always said Wendy’s for the most part has had fresh food. This was absolutely crazy. I’m not the one to leave reviews either. I ordered chicken finger meal and they had me pull up which is fine but it took 15 minutes which was a little frustrating but nothing to get to upset about but then when I got my food my Coke had no ice . My fries I got half of what I ordered and then the most frustrating part is I could barely chew my chicken fingers . I don’t know if it was because they looked way over cooked or what but it was extremely disappointing. I don’t care how hungry I am I will never return to this Wendy’s. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
