I have never once left a negative review of anything. I don’t even leave reviews unless I have a very positive experience. This Wendy’s has screwed me over on more than one occasion. I’ve been to this location twice, each time attempting to get a BACONator. They don’t like to put BACON on the BACONator here for some reason. They didn’t put sour cream on my girlfriend’s baked potato as requested. The guy that took our order was fine, but the old lady that brought us our food after we got pulled forward was incredibly rude. Do your job better. Don’t work there if you don’t like bringing people sauce when they ask for it. I will not be returning to this location. The one on 42 is much much better. I swear you guys must like replacing orders all the time. I was just up there a little bit ago and ordered a je bacon cheeseburger, small chili, and a drink. The only thing I did not want on my sandwich was no lettuce. I get home only to discover that my sandwich has no mayo, no tomato, and dry as ever. Of course I tried calling the store and nobody answered. This is not the first time you guys have messed up my food. You need to get your employees in check. Maybe try verifying a 2nd time that the food is made correctly before putting it in the bag or do you guys just not care? You guys weren't busy so I don't know what the issue could be. I normally stop in around the noonish. I do the mobile pick up through the Wendy's app. The food is always hot and fresh. One of the employees behind the counter is always super friendly. She's shorter with dark hair. She's never been in a sour mood. I wish Wendy's had better coupons. I'd eat there more if I had better coupons. This summer Wendy was killing it with the coupons. Now, it is the same few coupons every time I check the app. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
