Normally I don’t write reviews but literally EVERY TIME I come to this location (it’s the closest around my home) they mess something on my order up routinely. Im extremely understanding about how sometimes it might be overwhelming working fast food/drive through because I once did as well; but you’re better off driving the extra couple miles to a different location. My expectations aren’t very high, yet I still find myself annoyingly disappointed every time with this location. The kid who speaks way too fast at the drive through speaker( IYKYK) doesn’t care about how he does his job nor does the management. On top of that when you try to call their location to let them know they don’t ever answer even after multiple calls. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend or family. Drive thru took 15 mins. Didn’t receive what I ordered and what I was given was too spicy to even eat. The iced tea also tasted like fruit flavored water. Tried calling 3 times to have them fix the issue, but no answer or even option to leave a message. Never visiting this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Wendy's in general, and mostly because I used to work for this food chain restaurant. But this Wendy's is a headache. The last time I went, the cashier (male white hispanic looking guy) was very rude to me. First, he let me wait a while to take my order, and then he charged me for two combos. I only order one, and I realized it because he give me my drink and an extra one which it was Coke (I don't drink soda!), I mentioned that I didn't order it and he say I did. I only order a pretzel baconator with a strawberry limonade and cinnamon pull a part (I always order this one because it's my favorite). The other combo I never ordered before, plus it tastes awful. I am a frequent customer, and basically order the same all the time. But I'm not coming here again.
