This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to i placed a mobile order on the app it took my money and charged me but deleted the order off the history I went in to speak with the manager her name was Rita she was the worst manger I have ever spoke to she had no customer service skills what so ever she had a nasty attitude she refuse to help in anyway and wouldn’t even come to the counter to speak with me she just yelled from the drive thru I showed the man at the counter my bank app and the charge for them I even showed the charge on the app but she REFUSED to do anything. I will never go to this Wendy’s again because of the manager Rita she’s a Joke I would never want someone like her representing my company. I only give one star because it wouldn’t let me post without it. The girl Felicia was awesome she came outside and gave us the corporate number. Price per person: $20–30

Recently, the food has been colder than room temp.....when I have to wait in line 15 minutes ... That's crazy. Also employee's need to check the attitudes. Food: 1 Service: 1

I had a terrible experience at the Wendy's inside the Flying J. I was unable to place my order and ended up waiting for over an hour without any updates from the staff. It was clear that they were prioritizing DoorDash orders over regular customers, and no one seemed to care about the long wait. The employees were unhelpful and didn’t acknowledge the delays. It was chaotic, disorganized, and honestly, I’ve never felt so disregarded as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location again. There was a truck driver who was there before me and was unable to place an order as they told him door dash was priority. The truck driver was hungry and mentioned his blood sugar was low and the employee seemed like they did not care and refused to place his order. He proceeded to wait and he finally left upset and hungry working in the healthcare industry. That is not a good way to send off a customer health should be a priority not DoorDash and truck drivers. Bring our food to us all over the nation and they should have priority over us. As they leave their families and loved ones for months at a time to provide for us, but yet they get treated like they’re nothing. These drivers have very few places to eat and should not have to wait over an hour specially when they are feeling ill. As I travel, I refuse to go to any more flying days because of this it was rude and disrespectful to customers
