I went thru drive and ask for fresh fries I ate one fry before leaving window he took them back and came with more fries in less then 15 seconds they still were not fresh but hotter. I told him I managed restaurant's my whole life and I know all the tricks of dropping them back in the grease to fresh them up. I just gave up as they gave me a look like we taught you a lesson. This was at 9:30 pm all teenage kids. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Stopped to for lunch today at 11:00am 4/28/2026, went through drive-through when I pulled up, there was nobody there to take my order so I assumed that the drive-through was broke so I drove up to the window. I had a man stare at me until another man walked up open the window and said oh I’m so sorry ma’am I didn’t have my headset on. What would you like to order so I told him that I wanted to order one of their biggie deals and to add an extra chicken nugget to it once I got back to work, I seen that there was no french fries and no extra chicken nuggets, which I was charged for. I tried them several times and I won’t go back. Definitely check your bags before you leave or go in an order and check. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After seeing the Wendy's "dunk" ad during NCAA basketball game, i went here the very next day for the "free small fry and frosty" and was told the offer was not valid after 5pm. Wow, a million dollar ad campaign and your locations don't honor it. False advertising. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
