The drive through is the worst with an "AI" large language model constantly trying to upsell you on everything. It never once got what I ordered correct either including not knowing what a Dave's Single is. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i hate the ai drive through and usually order on the app and still have to bypass the ai. usually no issue but had to order at drive through to edit my order, it seemed like the girl was mad and gave me a busted sauce. stop trying to replace humans with ai and hire another person it's not like Wendy's is going under and needs to cut corners. I'll take all human errors and attitude happily but not the stupid robots. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
