Went to use a coupon for free 10 nuggets for nugget day, and the guy at the register told me that the coupon was invalid because I had already ordered. I asked if he could input the code after because of that and he refused to give me either the nuggets or the coupon. When he scanned my phone it got rid of my points and my coupon. Very upset and disappointed, also a very rude attitude for no reason. Not to mention that the food was cold. On top of all that they gave us a ripped bag. Totally ridiculous Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
