Burger was cold, and dry. Fries were cold. It was fastbut it wasn’t food. I expected more at the NOON hour in a nice location. Kincaids kills for the same money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

I used to go to this Wendy's all the time years ago but dont really eat fast food any longer! After tonight I won't be stopping here again unless I see changes. I went to the restroom and came out. I was on my phone because a family friend had an emergency and I was helping them. One of the workers was getting very impatient because I wasn't ordering. It was like I was in his way because all he could think about was cleaning the store and getting out of there. I wasn't taking 10 minutes to place an order I was helping somebody because I cared. After I placed my order and sat down I heard the same person say I couldn't believe it took that lady that long to make that order and all she ordered was a cheeseburger. So I went back up there and confronted the issue and he mentioned I had no idea you were sitting back there. Yeah most people don't pay attention to detail or their surroundings. It was more important for him for me to be out of his way. Then the manager was standing there and he had no good reason either and was trying to make up an excuse. Honestly I'm a very easy person to get along with but that made a very toxic environment. Please show better customer service because just because somebody smiles doesn't mean they may not be having a hard day. I would rather give no stars...sad when people have no standards or love for others. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
