I’ve been to many Wendy’s locations across America So I know very well how good their food can actually be. Which is why this particular location was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Wendy’s The only somewhat edible thing was the meat itself — and even that was dry Almost no vegetables, the bun looked crushed like a tank drove over it But the fries wow. I honestly don’t know how many hours they had been sitting there before being reheated Dry, limp, tired, and lifeless — like they had just finished unloading freight trucks for 24 hours straight The whole place feels abandoned management-wise. Like nobody really cares anymore about quality control or consistency And after reading other reviews, it seems I’m definitely not the only one noticing the same problems I normally really enjoy Wendy’s, so writing a bad review is not something I do lightly. But this location seriously needs better management and fresher food Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

WORST WENDY'S IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE HAMMOND INDIANA!!!!!!!!! OMG FROM THE EMPLOYEES HERE TO THE MANAGER WHO IS ALWAYS HERE BUT NEVER DOES HER JOB RIGHT AT ALL. IVE ALREADY CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE ON THIS PLACE BUT OBVIOUSLY CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE AT ALL. THEY ARE ALWAYS SERVING UNDERCOOKED FOOD.. EITHER IT'S EXTREMELY OLD OR EXTREMELY UNDERCOOKED. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE FOR EXTRA SAUCE LIKE REALLY!?!? THEY CAN'T EVEN MAKE THE FOOD RIGHT. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! I TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO THE OTHER WENDY'S WHICH IS FAR OUT OF MY WAY JUST TO AVOID THIS PLACE.
