Many people point out that waiters offer perfectly cooked biscuits here. Guests don't highly appreciate chicken nuggets and lemonade at this fast food. At Wendy's, you can get a takeout. Most reviewers suppose that the staff is attentive here. Disappointing service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Pay fair prices for eating at this place. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is lovely. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Child took a bite of this chicken sandwich, it was hard as concrete, can tell it had been sitting around for hours. Absolute joke of a “meal”. Want my money back. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

I don't know what's going on at this location but we're done giving our hard earned money to this place. The last several orders have been wrong in some way and tonight was just awful. The employees don't even know the menu. I love the asiago bacon ranch sandwich and always get it with the spicy chicken. They had no idea what that was and insisted it was another sandwich that we were talking about. I have gotten this sandwich for YEARS and suddenly I don't know what it is? They were told no lettuce on the sandwiches. Both sandwiches had lettuce. The fries for the kids meal was completely missing and there were only 3 nuggets in the bag instead of 4 as well as not having the toy our daughter wanted, which was the entire reason we chose Wendy's instead of another place. Parked the car and went inside to get everything fixed. They offered a small frosty. We don't want a frosty. We want the order to be correct. They didn't offer to fix the sandwiches. Couldn't be inconvenienced to do their job I suppose. It's one thing to get the order wrong, but then to be rude on top of that? Nope. Not going to deal with poor customer service. Once we got home and pulled the lettuce off (thank God we're not allergic to it) the sandwiches look like someone sat on them. They said they were made "fresh." Lol, yeah sure. What a joke this place has become. Done. My money will go anywhere else but here. Everything is getting too expensive and I'm damn sure not paying for trash service for subpar food. Got doordash and my regular nuggets were spicy and my drink was also wrong. I work in the food service industry and we do DoorDash it clearly states what it was and yall choose to not read. You need to either close or get new management because your product has gone down the toilet and so has your staff Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
