The service here is absolutely horrendous. Waited 25 minutes for four meals. Every single one of the meals were wrong. An employee on break stood at the counter to talk to her friends, when she ordered food it was not what she wanted. The EMPLOYEE approached the counter and said “what the f*** is wrong with you? I asked for no jalapeños, and don’t make it so sloppy”.
Ourselves and another gentleman were then skipped while the cook fixed her a new sandwich. There were not sodas in the Coke machine, no ice and no straws. Two customers left because of the poor service. The cashier would not speak. Spicy nuggets were mixed with regular nuggets.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s.

Don’t stop at this Wendy’s!!! We were in there for 30 minutes in the middle of the day and our rental car got broken into.......strange how this business is the only one in the area with no security cameras?!?!? And the reporting police officer mentioned to us that this is the 4th incident in a few weeks!! Just keep driving past this City!!!

Poor rating because - each and every time I stop there - something is always missing from the take out bag! Tonight, for example, I was dead beat tired. I drove through Wendy's and ordered: 1) Full size apple pecan chicken salad (what size do you want? she asked) FULL SIZE 2) Lg chili (what size?) LARGE 3) Lg Frosty 4) #1 sandwich 5) Sour cream & chive potato I pay $18.03. Get home, change into comfortable clothes, wash up, settle down to eat, open the bags and find? NO PECANS with the salad. NO CRACKERS with the chili. NO SOUR CREAM OR BUTTER with the potato. Now I must drive back up there and ask for the items that were omitted. How convenient is that?!? The manager on duty, Paul, was most apologetic. But that doesn't fix the problem. This happens over and over. I shouldn't have to double check to make sure their workers included everything on the CHECK LIST that's posted on the WALL!
