My wife recently fell inside this Wendy’s because the floor mat was wet and there was no wet floor sign warning customers of the hazard. What made the situation even more disappointing was that some employees appeared to laugh instead of showing concern or offering assistance. Accidents can happen, but customer safety should always be a priority, and staff should respond with professionalism and empathy when someone gets hurt. I hope management addresses both the safety issue and the way this situation was handled so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The Wendy's location in Bryant has been sub par for quite some time. They run out of the overcooked and dried out potatoes very early in the evening. The closer you get to closing the fewer choices you have because they ran out or already put it away. This restaurant needs a major overhaul.
