The customer service here is terrible. They are so rude. I got 4 cold fries and went back to return to get new ones they rolled their eyes and said did I touch the fries. Um duh. How would I know they were cold if I didn’t touch them. They look like they were about to put them back in the warmer. Since I was looking they threw them away. Then they proceeded to give me half full fries. Never coming here again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier woman with the piercings is very rude. She was too worried about gossiping with her coworker that she didn't understand my order. So I repeated it. Not even a problem. Then another worker came and the cashier turns to her and speaks about me in Spanish complaining about me. I speak Spanish fluently. And it's not right for an employee to make remarks about a customer regardless as to if they think the customer would understand it or not. I will be taking this to the top. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hit or miss. Mostly miss. If you're feeling lucky and you really have a hankering for a square burger patty, then by all means, knock yourself out. But with combo meals easily at a $10 price point, the ice machine and soda dispenser should always work. It should be a crime to accept a customer payment without fully disclosing that the equipment is off-calibrated and has no ice! I highly suggest you visit the restroom, check for ice, and ensure your soda of choice is clearly available BEFORE placing your order! Then you will at least have the final say as to whether you are feeling lucky today! This place is in a great location and not another Wendy's for miles.
