I’ve Been to the location on Canal Street in Kennewick multiple times and they have a huge sign on their front window that says serving breakfast open at 6:30 AM. Well I’ve been there multiple times at 7 AM or after and the front door is still locked and no one comes to the drive-through window. Apparently they don’t open at 6:30 or at seven just whenever they feel like it. that probably explains why the Chick-fil-A they have next-door has 40 cars in drive-through almost at all times Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Horrible. Fries were cold, burger was undercooked. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting to order. How hard is your job? You guys suck. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If there was something below a 1 I saw it today. We waited 45 minutes in a smoke filled, dirty, and angry customer filled dinning room. Shame on the management team at this location. Staff not trained, wrong food to the wrong people, complete lose of orders. Just utter chaos, fortunate for Wendy's I left and went to another location in pasco. Saved the face of their brand. Numerous people angry with Wendy's to in kenniwick wa. Dont go here, unless you want to be disappointed.
