Me they had fresh fries down and that it wouldn’t be a problem. As soon as I started driving away I tasted a fry and it was cold and nasty. So, I circled back through the drive thru and politely stated that I had just received cold fries and would like some new ones. When I pull up to the window the manager brought the fries, shoved them towards me and said, “those other fries were fresh I packed them myself.” Then she just walked away. The previous fries were cold the new fries were hot and fresh and I thanked the guy at the window even though he was rude as well and I had heard him and the manager complaining about me while I was waiting. Kind of unbelievable how incompetent and rude the employees here can often be.
