I placed my order around 12:00 AM. The wait time wasn’t too long, and everything looked fine at first. However, once I got home, I realized both burgers were made incorrectly. The food was also completely cold, the fries were stale, and the nuggets tasted stale as well. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while and was simply handed to us instead of being made fresh. The African woman working the late shift was very rude and did not seem to care about providing good customer service. This is by far the worst Wendy’s location I’ve visited for a late night meal. I would not recommend this location and would not return.

I would LOVE to give zero stars if I couldwe pull up to the drive thru speaker they get on and tell us they can only take mobile orders so we say okay and place a mobile orderpull up to the speaker again and not a single response, you could hear crickets. We pull up to the window everyone looks at us, people are coming out throwing trash and at this point I’m thinking I’ve become translucent because nobody is acknowledging my existence. We call the store phone and CONVENIENTLY all systems are down and have been all night, so I’m confused as to why I was told to place a mobile order if the system is down and they can’t see the order? Why didn’t someone come out and tell us that instead of letting us sit there for 30 minutes? Is this really how Wendy’s allows their employees to treat customers? If a manager was on shift maybe it’s time for a new one. Service: 1

Wendy's is one of those places that when you need it you need it Love this location and the burgers that they do. I normally get a shake as well and the fries The stuff is good. Normally the burger is a great option. I haven't really done anything else but yeah I love Wendy's Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
