I’ve always preferred Wendy’s over McDonald’s, but I can honestly say I will never eat at a Wendy’s in South Carolina again. The only time I truly enjoy Wendy’s now is when I’m traveling out of state. I saw a review from another customer showing a BUG in their sandwich from the Garners Ferry location, and I genuinely could not unsee it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any restaurant to allow food to leave the kitchen in that condition. Beyond that, the customer service at almost every Wendy’s in Columbia is consistently terrible. The attitudes are awful, the restaurants are dirty, and the overall experience feels neglected. The Garners Ferry location in particular looks run down, with visible maintenance issues inside and outside the building. This review has honestly been long overdue. Wendy’s used to be one of my favorite fast food places, but the quality and standards at these locations have completely changed my mind. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We brought a bus load of kids to this Wendy’s at 10:45 p.m. Within 30 minutes, we all had our food properly cooked, with great service and courtesy, and clean facilities. Our kids left happy, and that made the adults happy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has to be the worst food ever. A simple spicy chicken combo shouldn't be hard to make. The chicken was dry and probably had been sitting out for a minute, the fries were brown which let's me know the grease hasn't been changed out in forever. I highly recommend the GM or district manage come do a visit and over site of this Wendy's. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
