On Wednesday, July 1, I went through the drive-thru and ordered one plain spicy chicken sandwich. The employee at the speaker, who was wearing a pink wig, mistakenly asked if I had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. I told her no, and she corrected it to one sandwich. When I got home, I discovered that my order was still wrong. My fries were undercooked, and my spicy chicken sandwich was fully loaded instead of plain. I am allergic to tomatoes, so this was a serious issue that could have affected my health. I returned to the restaurant and explained the situation to the manager. He spoke with the employee who took my order, and she admitted that she had originally rung it up incorrectly. However, instead of taking responsibility, she said, “That girl is lying. She didn’t ask for a plain spicy chicken sandwich.” I was shocked because she had already made a mistake with my order, and now I was being called a liar. To make matters worse, the customer service I received was unacceptable. The employees at the front counter were giving me dirty looks, and I felt like I was being treated as if I were the problem instead of a customer trying to get a mistake corrected. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected because of an employee’s mistake. I will be contacting corporate because this entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. My concerns were not handled appropriately, and I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when reporting an order that was made incorrectly. Service has been extremely poor the past few times i’ve been there. My order has been wrong each time. They also take incorrect orders back through the window which seems unhygienic. I would like to see better Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
