My review is for this specific Wendys location that is in a shopping center where there is a "Planet Fitness" behind the restaurant. With that being said, I went yesterday and Team Member "Vianca" welcomed me in a professional, courteous and kind manner. Team Member "Vianca" made sure my order was 100% accurate and with all the details needed. Team Member "Vianca" was extremely consistent with all Customers in front of me and behind me. Every time Team Member "Vianca" showed true professionalism taking orders in the most accurate way possible!!! Then after waiting my order very shortly, Team Member "Ana" made sure all my order was delivered in the best condition possible. One thing that happen was that I "unintentionally" believed that my food tray didn't have napkins, and I asked Team Member "Ana" for napkins. Team Member "Ana" not only gave me the napkins in the most courteous way but also apologized to me when it was me that thought no napkins were given!!! Of course, shortly after that I realized my own mistake and apologized to Team Member "Ana" back!!! All in all, Team Member "Vianca" and Team Member "Ana" are extremely professional and dependable hard workers!!! There were other Team Members in the kitchen (I didn't recall their names) that were extremely efficient and professional too!!! Now, the food quality is amazing!!! Wendys Restaurants in "Continental USA" and in Puerto Rico are very reliable and consistent, but reality tell us that some locations are better than others! On that particular point, regarding all the Wendys locations in Puerto Rico, this specific location at Manati Puerto Rico (next to Planet Fitness) have the best burger beef!!! It was cooked extremely well and ii was very flavorful and juicy!!! If that was not enough, the location was Ultra-Clean!!! Even in the bathroom you can have dinner....lol! But seriously, this specific location impressed me a lot in a positive manner!!! Hope it stays that way always!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is a typical Wendy's. The food is good and the staff is friendly. It can sometimes take a little time to get through the drive through during busy times. The food is always fresh.
